Underfloor heating in kitchen?

I have a kitchen of approximately 25 feet by 13 feet. it has tiled flooring which is on marine ply above a base of floorboards and a quarter of it is concrete. I wish to remove my wall mounted radiator and have underfloor heating installed to free up some wall space for more units and work surface. What is the feasibility of this? is underfloor heating in kitchens effective and what sort of price would i be looking at in the London area? P.S this will be linked to the gas central heating system

There are some great systems out there.I would however for cost alone advise you to go with the electric. The gas is cheaper to run by far, however, you will pay quite a bit more for the installation. On average i reckon you are looking at £1500.00 +.
