Best Electric Floor Heat System

Which is the best hot water system for me to have installed for my all electric first floor flat?
Cold Water pressure is 2 bar but drops to virtually zero when a tap is used. Hot water pressure is useless. Current system is cylinder system heated by immersion and cannt be fitted with a pump to improve things as there is not enough cold water storage.
Cold water runs from the mains.
Current syste is a combined hot/cold water cylinder where the small cold water tank feeds the hot and is heated by econ 7.
There is no great height for the feed and no possibility of increasing.
I have investigated the possibility of increasing the cold water to allow 50 gallon cold water storage and therefore adding a pump but not sufficient space.
My only option appears to be a megaflo type system that runs all off the mains. Will this work with 2bar pressure and less than 0.5 bar working pressure?
My aim is to serice a bath and have a powerful thermostatic shower (preferably without having to resort to an electric shower)
Run your cold water off the mains.
Hot water via a high pressure storage system = to mains pressure ( this would be much better).
If you have a bath, then you will need to store a lot of hot water.
You could try an in-flow water heater ( heats up the water as you use it) but the water flow rate will be slow.
Is your problems due to flow rate or water pressure?
The header tank on your gravity feed system. whats your header hight? ( the hight the bottom of your header tank is from the highest tap/shower outlet).
can you increase the hight of your header tank?
Please provide more info, for better answers:-
your shower, electric or mixer?
do you have a bath?
header tank size and header hight?
Can you install a bigger header tank? (then pump)
How many bathrooms?
What is your current flow rate? Hot& cold reading.
What are your goals? better shower flow rate or pressure or ?
(plumber).
p.s normal for a pressure reading to be zero when a tap is open.
